To access customizer you must have to install the latest Kirki plugin and also your theme should be updated for the latest version of Kirki.

Spam protection is not a core feature of an LMS plugin. As the product owner, we also need to decide which features are included in the free version and which are part of the Pro version.
That said, Tutor LMS already provides more features in the free version than most other LMS plugins available.
