Hello,
we sent the logs to the mentioned email.
In the logs there is the same order two times.
First time we only changed the status to the status where a label gets created automatically.
In the logs you can see that it tries to creat a label but it can’t because of the error message in the logs.
Second time we didn’t change anything, but instead of changing the status like descriped above we just go into the order and click “Create label” -> Label gets created instantly without any problems.

2024-12-09T05:00:30+00:00 Notiz Response Error: Invalid XML: cvc-length-valid: Value ‘6336382940101’ with length = ’13’ is not facet-valid with respect to length ’14’ for type ‘#AnonType_billingNumberAbstractShipmentType’.
Does this already help?
Otherwise we have to edit all the logs and remove the customer data before sending…

thank you very much for the answer.
Now i see the Post number field in the back-end (!) (in order details), but there is no new extra field on the front end on the checkout page.
I use the default WooCommerce checkout and haven’t deactivated any fields or something like that.What could be the problem here?

thanks for the reply!
We use the current version 2.8.16.
“Packstation” is NOT checked, because when i check it, it says i need a Google Maps API – Key. But like already said we don’t want a map on our checkout page..Thanks for further help.
