At this moment the Food Store plugin is not connected with WooCommerce shipping. So you can set up a flat rate of $2 but that will show up both for delivery and pickup. We are looking for some upgrade to avoid this. Unfortunately, it can’t be done right away.

We can say otherwise that, the Food Store plugin works fine without the discount plugin.
The thing is the addons are added to the main items in the cart in a way that WooCommerce allows means as extra fees to the parent item. But it’s the discount plugin which is not recognizing the other fees except the parent items price.
We are not going to debug with one specific plugin is creating the conflict. I hope you understand this.

Yes, it’s possible with template override. That means you can copy the specific template to your theme folder to a folder named food-store and make modifications. You need hands-on knowledge of PHP and WordPress to make this change.

In order to show the items under subcategory, you need to mention all those subcategories in the shortcode as well.
The subcategories will also come in Sidebar when mentioned in the shortcode, but there is no hierarchy design for those, both parent and child categories maintain the same UI.

When the plugin is activated a page called “Order Online” is created automatically with the Shortcode.

That would have been the ideal process. But there is some complicacy that is creating issues in developing proper flow. Other wise it would been already there with the plugin and there wont be a need of custom code to provide separately.
