You can check our Delivery Rates extension where you can setup different delivery fee based on different address and different zip codes. It also gives an option to set delivery fee based on the order total also.

Thanks for looking into our food store plugin.
Actually the demo website was using an older version of the plugin which had this issue. We have updated the plugin on our demo website and you can check the issue is not there.

That might be because the theme what you are using is overriding the css? Can you try to switch any default theme like store front and check with your changes?Hello,
