Right now it is not possible to show addon on single page. The plugin is build in such a way that all the addons related to that particular product would be shown in the modal.

Can you try to change the settings from Food Store settings > Layout and Styling > Cart Style > Mini Cart to Bottom Cart. Please check if that works for you. Also please use the latest version of our plugin.
