    Hi @kleenex,

That confirms it — if Divi’s own modules are native D5 on that page and only ours are stuck on legacy, the page mode is fine and this is on our side: a registration issue in 4.0.0. Thanks for narrowing it down so cleanly; that saved a lot of guesswork.

Let’s take it to email so I can get you a fix without cluttering the thread. Please drop us a line at [email protected] with your WordPress and PHP versions and the exact Divi 5 build — I’ll follow up there, and yes, I may take you up on the install access to confirm the fix on your setup.

I’ll update this thread once it’s resolved so anyone hitting the same thing knows.

    Best,
    Al Amin

    Hi @kleenex,

Thanks for the clean reproduction on 4.0.0 — that’s enough to dig into properly.

One quick check first: on that same page, do Divi’s own built-in modules show as native D5, or are they legacy too? That tells me whether it’s the page’s editing mode or our registration.

Either way, this is easier to chase off the forum. Please email us at [email protected] with your WordPress, PHP, and Divi 5 build versions — and we can take it from there, including the install access if needed.

    Best,
    Al Amin

    Dear Guilherme,

Regarding customizations: Our plugins are designed to work without code-level changes. Custom modifications may work on the frontend but not in the Visual Builder, as per Divi guidelines. For specific feature requests, please let us know.

If you’re willing, we could take a closer look with temporary admin access to your site.

Let me know how these steps go. We’re here to help!
