For the current version, You will need a customized addon in addition to the pro version.
But currently, The Beta version of TotalPoll Pro is there, And it already have this feature, So you can purchase the pro version and contact us after that with the purchase key and we will provide you with the beta version that has that feature.

Thank you for purchasing TotalPoll Pro!
User vote once per poll addon supposed to block revoting by the same user whatever the browser is.
Please go to Polls -> Addons and make sure that both “User Limitations” and “Vote Once Per User” are activated.
Also, In the poll edit page, Make sure that “Only logged in users can vote” under limitation tab is checked.If you still have problems, Please contact us through our support center.

TotalPoll Lite doesn’t provide many security layers, Unlike the pro version which provides some other layers like IP address.
If you want to do one vote per registered user you should have the following :
1. TotalPoll Pro (To let addons system work)

Concerning Super Cache, you’ve to enable “dynamic cache” and “late init” in the advanced tab then flush the cache and try again.
