This only partly solves the problem. From what I understand, this allows customization for guests at the FORM level – but not the ticket level.

By creating a new attendee form, I can create 8 fields for 8 names, but then this shows the option for ALL tickets.

I need to be able to apply this concept to the ticket itself. There needs to be a conditional logic that says-
x ticket = 1 attendee name field
xx ticket = 8 attendee name fields

So if I purchase a ticket for a table of 8, the quantity field is 1 (because I’m purchasing 1 table of 8), I need it to show 8 fields for attendee names.

Right now, when I select a quantity of 1, (table of 8), it shows only 1 attendee name field.

I created a new attendee form that is a generic “please enter in the names of all guests in your party” and this option shows for all tickets on that form. It doesn’t look very nice but it’s the only work-around I can think of.

I created a fake event and then added html code for a hyperlink to the custom email response and it displayed correctly.
