Gabe, i’m with sminc on this one. We use CRM extensively for a lot of its function – it’s certainly not overkill. We have word press website front ends that basically act as sales sites to generate leads. Enquires come from the WP sites and these leads need to get captured into dynamics. MS own both products now right? Why is there no easy integration. Seems a no-brainer.
