I have also raised this issue with support. I was told it was a bug they were working on. I am not happy to have paid for a premium service that only works in 1/3 of cases.
Please can someone give us a date when this will be resolved?
O-kay…… Sounds good, but it’s been coming for about 2 years now. Guesstimate about delivery date?
Any news on this? It’s a really important add-on. It makes a 25% difference to our income! Will have to seek out another platform if it’s not forthcoming soon.
