Apologies for the delay getting back to you. I’m afraid we have a very locked-down environment so I can’t give you access. If you need any more information though please let me know. We’re on IIS using PHP 8.3.30 now.
I’ve upgraded to version 2.3.9 but I’m afraid the issue is still happening.

Hi Alex – We don’t have any caching plugins, I’ve tried deactivating all plugins except User Access Manager and the issue was still happening.
