Since redirection wasn’t working so I tried 404 Redirected. since the url http://www.example.com/2013/03/mypost is a 404 page…please help!!!
however 404 redirected doesn’t work either

I also downloaded redirection, but the old links are not being redirected…im obviously doing something wrong. in the source URL i am inputting: /2013/03/mypost with the
Source URL being: http://www.example.com/my-blog/2013/03/mypost
