Got the same problem as the ones above myself.. Just installed it again on my website, everything of API and id’s is entered and cache is rebuilt..

I found the solution in another post.. Here is the solution for those who need it:

Put this is the custom css on the plugin settings page:

.spreadshirt-menu #productCategory {
display:none;
}
