I even went and created a fresh page, no duplication and same thing happened. Very quirky. I disabled 1 plugin at a time and still to no avail the solution is.

Additionally, when utilizing the Visual Baker plugin that came default with this theme, (on the front end editor), the footer goes back to the bottom. WEIRD.
Great. Wasnt thinking correctly I guess, I’ll pull a live backup down to me localhost and go fwd from there.
