1) YES, there is an active post notification campaign.
2) Some of the posts are newly created, and some of them are old posts, Which I have changed the status from published to draft, and then I Publish it.
3) In my last 6 posts, only one post has new report created in the reports page, that is my last post which I created 1 hour ago.

I have changed medium size images from the WP setting>media and it has solved the issue.
