Under the “CSS of Menu To Hide” field, insert your class or id of your menu. For example, my main menu’s class is defined under “.menu” so I inserted that in the field.
You can find this by looking at your theme’s style sheet or using the “inspect element” tool. (I recommend using Firebug via Firefox!) Hope that helps! If not, I’m sure Peter will be able to give you a better explanation! 🙂Hungrynow — Ahhhh, that is exactly what I needed!!! I completely overlooked that field. My apologies, staring at the computer reading through code all day certainly has an effect on my brain after a while. It’s perfection now! I appreciate that so much!!!
Thank you, Peter, for a beautifully, well-designed plugin!!
Yes I appreciate that, however, my main menu still appears below it. How can I replace my current menu with your responsive menu?
I’ve done it before, however, when I do this my main menu does not appear when it is in full width, only when I scale down. Does that make sense? I hope I am making it clear as to what the issue is… if not I apologize, and I appreciate you trying to resolve this for me.Thank you for your response Peter, I apologize if I didn’t make my issue clear.
Here is my website: http://www.blovesdesign.com with the plugin installed.
As you can see the responsive menu covers my logo when scaled down. How can I replace this responsive menu into the same position as my old menu (beneath my logo)? But without erasing the main menu when it is in full width…
I hope you can see what I am trying to accomplish with my website.
Thank you!
