Sorry for this issue! In order to resolve it, you should try to update the user’s permissions by following the steps below:
- Update the Ecwid plugin to the new 6.12.4 version.
- From your WordPress admin go to Users → All Users and click on Edit next to the necessary user account.
- Scroll down the page and just in case, make sure the Allow this user to access Ecwid Control Panel checkbox is ticked (If it is indeed selected, you can try to untick it, if there is an option, and then tick it back).
- Click on Update Profile.
As you follow the steps above, you will force the user’s permissions after updating the plugin to the newest version.
