In reply to: How to mass “aligncenter” images?Hello, kind stranger,
I tried your fix but it doesn’t look like it’s working.
See this post: the first two images are manually centered ( I did it) but the rest are still left aligned: https://correresmidestino.com/santo-domingo/
Sorry, this is… above my technical skills. Can you give me more details on the how-to?
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
1) Visitor tracking is enabled
2) I get the following error in the “visitor” page:The following error was encountered while using the WP_Statistics_Pagination class:
The value set for total entries is invalid:
I don’t see any (other) fatal error.

In reply to: Post Content Disappearing When Saving DraftsAs far as I know, it’s not browser related. I tried with different browsers, different computers, clearing caches etc.
Faithstudio, we do seem to have the same problem. However, it also seem to be random because some posts are fine and some aren’t! And I can’t figure out what triggers the problem.
Are you able to post at all?
I’d say 90% of my posts are fine, 10% have this problem.

In reply to: Post Content Disappearing When Saving DraftsThank you for your input!
I tried the default theme and I still had the problem. I guess it is not theme related…

In reply to: Disappearing drafts and published postsSame problem here.
I post a while ago about that, I thought it was because I had a lot of pictures on that post. Eventually, I just delete the page and moved on.
Now, I’m just writing a simple post and it keeps on disappearing the same way. I have no clue what causes that…

In reply to: Post with a lot of images… don’t show imagesAlright, I think it’s time to close this thread.
I still haven’t found what caused my HTML table in WordPress to disappear, but I found others who had the same problem (here, here…)
I used someone else’s fix: the TinyMCE plugin, which so far has been okay for me.
I’m still wondering what causes that though!
Thanks for your help and your patience, esmi and mores 😉

In reply to: Post with a lot of images… don’t show imagesSorry for the late reply, I was abroad.
A few things:
– Images shouldn’t break the theme, they are cropped to fit in it. Besides, they were displaying just fine before…
– I’m not sure what you mean by “not a single image tag”. I uploaded the screenshot with the image uploader and each image has a name etc. “In fact, the entire post area is completely devoid of content.” Same, I don’t understand.
– I’ll do my best to fix the error, but I’m not a coder. For example, where do you find that “<div id=”header” class=”
“? In the page.php?Thanks!

In reply to: Post with a lot of images… don’t show imagesI can see the images in the post text area, and I can see the the img code in the HTML area.
And the images have been there forever…
I know it doesn’t make sense, but the best way I can explain it is, one day the images were there, one day they weren’t anymore, and I haven’t touched or updated anything!
And it only happens if the post or the page has a lot of images. I recently tried to post something with about 12 pictures (all resized!), and after 10 pictures, the post just wouldn’t display images, it was blank. I removed two pictures, and everything was fine.
It looks like there is a limit on how many pictures I can post!

I did try to change theme, and it didn’t make a difference.

In reply to: Need help to remove Askapache pluginSorry everybody for the late reply, I was away ysterday.
Thank you Whooami, you’ve been very helpful the other day.
However, I still can’t access my blog. It seems the plugin is totally removed but the problem remains.
This is the deal:
People can see my blog just fine. I was able to login in the dashboard as usual from a friend’s computer.
If I try to access my blog from home, I don’t get any error page, the blog just doesn’t load. Either the url, the login, the pages… can’t see anything.
Same from my husband computer at home, so it’s not a security software blocking me.
I can access my blog through a proxy and login, but some functions seem limited. However, this is probably due to the proxy. For example, if I try to upgrade a plugin, I get this error: The requested URL returned error: 500. It could be part of my problem though, I don’t know.
My internet connection is fine, I don’t have problem with any other websites. This led me to believe my server is blocking my IP. But how, why and how to undo that?

In reply to: Need help to remove Askapache pluginSorry for being a bit dumb (I’m not blond, just tired!). 😉
I did try to use FTP to get rid of the plugin. Still wouldn’t have access to my blog.
Let me try one more time to delete both the plugin folder + the htpasswd..

In reply to: Need help to remove Askapache pluginThe only problem is, if I try to desactivate the plugin, I get the following error:
The requested URL returned error: 500
Otherwise, I have just deleted the file you mentioned (not the plugin!), but still no luck in accessing my blog.
This one is a true mystery to me, I’ve been trying to delete the thing for a day now!
