I did some research on the theme and the developer in the last clue of days and nothing really negative stood out.
I just don’t want to go through the pain of finding a new theme again and setting everything up. Guess its part of the learning process.

Thanks so much for your advise, I thought it would be a theme issue. But wasn’t sure if giving the admin access to the developer is standart. Especially if he dosnt respond to my mails anymore. Might be just really busy.

Hey there I also contacted the creator of the theme, he is currently looking into it as I gave him access to my admin panel. Not quite sure what happend. Had wordpress for a month and so far everything went well and I was able to sort things out myself. 😉
