You were right James, I did not delete all the files. I walked through the process again and now everything is in order. Thanks so much for your advice.

I tried resetting the plugins but I still cannot access my themes page or the plugins page. I get the following message on either page:
“Oops! That page can’t be found. It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?”
Thanks James for your help. However, I did as you instructed, but the problem still remains. Do you have any other suggestions?
