I can see other sites with this on, and it is supposed to update the cart VAT based on the user selection of their country. There must be something wrong. Im not updated to the latest wordpress so going to try this. Other than that Im a bit stumped

However, when the user changes their country in the dropdown for checkout, the VAT amount does not update.
It does update when they use the widget. Im wondering is this a bug?
