Well i can testify same kinf of problem sending with third party. With mailpoet 2 was working great, now each time an email triggers an error the sending stops and we have to manually remove the faulty email before restarting. Restarting takes 3 or 4 refresh of page.
Sending 5000 email took me 2 days….
This is not very good. We are seriously thinking going back to mp 2 and then look for another solution if this is not fix. Eberything was working fine before.

Now forget the plugin conflict, looks more like a wordpress date setting issue.
Can my language be other than english?
What about date setting, can they be changed?
