In reply to: [XPS Ship Integration] Double TrackingSo far, we haven’t been able to replicate the issue you are experiencing, and don’t have any reports of other users experiencing it. This leads us to believe that the issue may be how the plugin is interacting with other plugins you have. At this time, we aren’t able to upload previous versions. We’re continuing to research solutions, and your feedback to questions from the tech support team on the separate email thread will be valuable.

It is supposed to mark it completed when you book the shipment/ print the label. We can look into why this isn’t happening. We will need to look into the logging for this. If you are logged into XPS Ship, on the bottom right corner, there is a help button. Please send us a message letting us know your integration isn’t marking the orders as complete. That will be sent to my team to assist you.
The issue with Multi Piece shipments only updating with one tracking number is being worked on. I found this issue early this morning while testing out a new feature that is coming out. I would expect this to be fixed this week or next week at the latest.Hello, We will have to look at this and recreate it. I am wondering why you have to mark the orders as completed manually. The plugin should be doing that when all the items are shipped out, including the tracking number, as it is done individually.

In reply to: [XPS Ship Integration] fatal errorHello,
The reason for this error is due to our old integrated quoting plugin still active on your site. You will want to deactivate the plugin named “WooCommerce Integrated Quoting.” When that is deactivated, it will allow you to activate our XPS Ship plugin.Forum: Plugins
