My issue has been resolved by my ISP. It was an issue with the local DNS server being used on my Dedicated hosted server. It was not resolving Vimeo’s servers properly. Once they resolved that the plugin worked again. Big thanks to Dave Kiss(developer) for pointing me in the right direction.
