There are no payment settings in the plugin, payments are managed by woocommerce.
Checking
I looked into it and checked the settings but could not find the issue. I made a test product and was not able to order and pay it.
Solution
With help of the plugin support team, they resaved the payment method settings and now it is working.

I have used the PHP program Fusionticket (as a sponsor) but the source code is sold, that’s why I like to change to WP with woocommerce.
I looked at your implementations and it looks pretty good.
So, if I understand well you have complete implementation as follows?:
– Events calendar (std or Pro?)
– Event Tickets (std or Plus?)
– Row Seats
