Thanks for your replies. Nothing changed after performing your 2 steps above. I guess from this we can say that BPS is not causing my issue?
I’m having trouble figuring out why 1 file with full permissions is producing this error. Would you recommend next steps to contact host?
I did manage to find this log on the server:
