it looks like a conflict with the TwentySeventeen theme for some reason it is hiding the page numbers in the mobile view.
Anyway, you should be able to resolve it by going to wp-admin / Appearance / Customize / Additional CSS panel and adding there the line below
.adverts-pagination .page-numbers {
