althought I defined WPCACHEHOME and WP_CACHE in wp-config.php file in root, the notification still appears!!

In this case, if I choose solution using manual key, create account to get a key, will have any error?
Error occured while automatically gettings access key. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 8 MSG: Website is unset.
How to fix this error?
