Thanks for checking out my case @cristinnaiulia. Today I went into reports and the data was already showing, but it only showed data from yesterday when I updated the plugin. However, the old data from several years we’ve been using the plugin has disappeared from the reports. Additionally, the value shown at the bottom for each download, the daily counter, and the total download counter don’t match.

Another detail is that the Downloads panel in the Dashboard does have a summary of all the downloads for all years.
