Hey there,
You can change it in two places:
Dashboard (easiest): Go to Users → All Users → click your admin user → update the Email field → Save.
Database (if locked out): Open phpMyAdmin → wp_users table → find the admin row → edit user_email directly.
After changing it, WordPress will send a confirmation to the new email — you need to click that link to confirm the change.
