Thank you for reaching out. Once you installed the plugin you can connect to Beans by following the steps bellow.
1. Select Woocommerce on the left menu
2. Click on Beans

Beans allows you to reward your customers for literally anything that is good for your business. That said, beans are most useful when your customers can redeem them for valuable products. If that it is the case then you definitely should give it a try.
Beans is based on a REST API that is accessible from your shop and from your mobile app. You can also use it with multiple shops and integrate it with other applications. It’s very simple if you have had an experience with any REST API. The doc is available here:

Sorry for the late reply. I hope you have been able to fix the issue. I will reply here so it may help others.
This usually happens when you have not installed the good version of the beans plugin.
To fix this issue please uninstall all the beans plugins that you have installed.
Install the correct version of the beans plugin here:
