In order to use CSS on certain elements you need to target them using css.
Are you familiar with CSS at all?
In short, finding the ID or class of element can be done using the chrome developer tools, in elements tab, and by clicking on the element you want to change, then finding out its class.Depends on your knowledge it can be done after readin short guide on css, but you might need help of webmaster to do it.
If you wish we can take a look at your website to check why those specific elements are not changing currently, might be due to the theme or another plugin.

in the footer there are 6 gallery pics, non of them lead to any valid URL, only 404.
