If i follow your instructions in the customiser, thumbnail cropping 1:1, it looks perfect in the customiser.
But when i click on published, the button remains like been under processing all the time and the shop page still shows the images as being uncropped.
Any idea ?

Imagine all these customers changing something in the profile and not able to log in anymore … I am surprised that this was not been tested before the latest release 4.3.1 ?
Just in case someone encounters the same issue. I logged reinstalled it with my iPhone because it has a different IP. I unlocked my username with my iphone and all works top!
Ps: Should I delete the AIO Backups folder via Ftp as well ?

I have installed the plugin, all seems to work fine but there is no integration with the payment option of vantage. Vantage offers a possibility to sell businesses or events and and you can create several payment plans which are all linked with Paypal. same issue here. For a few weeks, everything went so well, suddenly about 50% of all my sites are struggling with this. When I deactivate the plugin, everything works again perfectly. I really like your product and got very used to it. How can this problem be fixed ?? I have the impression it was the last update which caused the issues.
