I will mark this as resolved as I ended up switching to a different plugin which solved the issue.
Don’t worry, I’ve installed a different plugin now.
Hi, I have now switched the site to live (trsgolf.co.uk) so this is now URGENT as the same error remains.
I am not seeing an error in the Stripe logs as the transactions in question do not appear in Stripe but in WordPress the order notes say “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.”
This has happened 3 times in the last 24 hours, I spoke to one of the customers who was using Mastercard. In testing, I got the same error using VISA.
I checked the WordPress logs and this is what it says which is the same error I was getting on the temporary URL in test mode:
2024-02-15T03:57:51+00:00 DEBUG <——————- WebToffee Stripe Payment ( TRS Golf – Charge – Order #219530 ) ——————-> stdClass Object ( [name] => [email] => [phone] => [type] => card_error [card] => other [token] => [message] => Admin declined the payment due to Card Restriction. ) 2024-02-15T04:18:02+00:00 DEBUG <——————- WebToffee Stripe Payment ( TRS Golf – Charge – Order #219530 ) ——————-> stdClass Object ( [name] => [email] => [phone] => [type] => card_error [card] => other [token] => [message] => Admin declined the payment due to Card Restriction. ) 2024-02-15T04:18:58+00:00 DEBUG <——————- WebToffee Stripe Payment ( TRS Golf – Charge – Order #219530 ) ——————-> stdClass Object ( [name] => [email] => [phone] => [type] => card_error [card] => other [token] => [message] => Admin declined the payment due to Card Restriction. )

UPDATE: I have to out a holding page up. You can still access the site using this bypass link: https://markb445.sg-host.com/?cmp_bypass=03ae07a29b0a55e237e8e87c65ad5470
Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, I know what the error message means but the reason for the post was that these cards are all allowed (see link to screenshot below) and I was using the Stripe test code for a Visa card and I intermittently get the error. If I refresh the page I can usually get it to work.
Hi Amimul,
As mentioned in my original post, I have checked the Gmail API key several times and also tried creating a brand new key but it still has the same error. The Gmail API is showing the requests but they are all returning errors. See screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UQ4u1q6HIjn52uHeTNuS9JomgWI5OUxN/view?usp=sharing

In reply to: [Timeline Express] Announcement Image is not showing on the timelineHi,
Was there ever an answer to this? I appear to be having the same problem. The first 2 images I added to the timeline a few weeks ago are showing but new images added today are generating blank src tags?
Here is the page: http://swanseagymnastics.org.uk.gridhosted.co.uk/about/
It’s happened to all of my sites! Just logged into http://swanseagymnastics.org.uk.gridhosted.co.uk
and got this:
The plugin jetpack/jetpack.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
Managed to fix them all now but a little concerned!
I have managed to fix this by reverting to a backup of the Jetpack folder from 24hrs ago. I would still like some help to understand how this happened and how to stop it happening again. It is not an isolated issue, Jetpack has also been removed from another of my sites abbeycleaning.com so I’ve had to login and reinstall it there too.
