At present clients can have appointments confirmed with either SMS or Credit card details. In the future we may include an option to not confirm appointments from client.

Michael here from YellowSchedule. Our sincerest apologies that your first experience with us was bad. The reason is that we had been making some updates to our quickstart guide which caused a problem for some new users accessing the system. Thankfully we think we have the issue sorted now. Little consolation -but your bad experience has helped us improve the system for all future users.
We’d actually prefer not to be carrying extra info on our system if your account will remain unused. It’s easy to cancel, simply go to “Settings” -> “Summary” -> “Cancel account” at any point or alternatively drop us a quick line from the email address you signed up with if you’d just like us to just nuke your account from our end!
If you do feel like trying the system out again – I’m certain you will love it; it works excellently to streamline all appointment-taking businesses. When most users get used to it they can’t live without it and our support is ready to answer your questions.
Additionally Data Security (and Honesty) are our highest priorities and any data in the system is encrypted and safe. NOBODY other than you have access to that. We’re happy to answer any queries about data that you have.

If you are a single user, the monthly free version has an option to allow you to purchase SMS credits in bundles (we have to pay to provide SMS). This is perfect for small businesses that don’t need to send too many SMS.
