I can’t help more with so little info given
Ok, so what information do you need? You put out a product, that’s not working as it should, and all you can say is “No idea” and “Not sure”. Ask me what you need so you can troubleshoot and support your product.

Not sure why this is marked as resolved when it is not resolved.
The issue is the plugin. Tested it on 8 other wordpress installs, different domains, different servers and different themes. The same issue on all of them.
