yes, it seems that removing the old GTM solved the issue.

But in the meantime I think that I could have found which is the problem: There is an old GTM code installed, from the previous webmaster.
I’ll try to remove it and reset the Google Site Kit plugin.

I’ve shared the link to download the template using the form you indicated before, referring to this topic.
I had to include again site health informations, but please for this point refer to the previous form I filled, because I had to deactivate the plugin, as the website is online.

I tried switching to Hello Elementor theme and I encountered the same issue when connecting the GTM.

I tried the plugin reset, but when I connected the tag manager we’ve got again the same issue.
I’ve submitted the form as you requested, including a screen recording of the problem and the site health informations.
Currently the plugin is still activated, so you can see the issue, but I’ve to deactivate it soon because the website is online.
