    Thanks for the prompt reply. Even after login, I see no “My Account” or “Orders” page within the site (except on the Dashboard when admin). This was originally configured by a third party, so perhaps that was hidden? Is there a way to unhide it or add it, so my customer can view or refund their orders? Note that the setup is:

    What status must have the order?

    • YES pending payment
    • YES processing
    • YES on hold
    • YES completed
    • NO cancelled
    • NO refunded
    • NO failed

    How many days will be active this form after the order is completed?
