I had tested my plugins, without succes.. With your suggestion i disabled my theme i use. Strangely after that everything worked. So i went to my child theme to look whats wrong then i saw something strange in my functions.php. Right there was the 404 text! I deleted it and changed it with the correct fuction!

When i looked in my error logs i did see something about memory size.. i had this problem with some query problems aswell so i change the default max memory size to 256M in my parallels server (plesk) i did see on a forum you can change this in your setting.php or htaccess aswell i am not sure.
