THANKS GUYS!!!! I FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM!!!!!

For some reason, after I downloaded the theme and opened the file up using WinZip, WiZip would change the “structure” of the theme folder by taking all the files and moving them out of their original folders to the main root folder of the download.

For example, when I downloaded the Corporate.zip theme folder, the original structure of the zip file was:
Corporate/Images/images
Corporate/Admin/files
Corporate/etc/etc

However when I opened (and transferred to my server)Corporate.zip using WinZip, the structure of the zip file was changed to:
Corporate/images
Corporate/files
Corporate/etc

So all the code of the theme was incorrect because it said to lookup the images in the Corporate/Images/images location when in fact because of WinZip the real location was Corporate/images.

This was a headache but thanks to everyone for helping me out. I hope this thread helps others with the same issue.

Yes, they are all there. Headers/footers, everything I downloaded for the theme I uploaded to the server.
