I see that you are allowing votes from your users only.
In this case we recommend the following settings
- Block Voters set to “Don’t Block”
- Limit Number Of Votes per User set to “Yes”
- Votes Per User set to 5
With these settings, your voters will vote 5 times for the specific poll.
Please let us know if this fixes the issue.

- There is a typo in the shortcode (we will update the instructions with the correct one).
It should be sortdir.
[yop_poll_archive max=99999999 sort=”date_added” sortdir=”desc”] - Yes, that is the complete list of available shortcodes.
If you have suggestions for others, we would love to hear them. - Unfortunately pagination is not currently supported.

I’ve ran a test on our end with hCaptcha enabled and voting went through ok.
This makes me think it is something specific to your website that is causing the issue.
Can you create a test poll with hCaptcha enabled so we can troubleshoot?

I looked at the link you’ve posted and I noticed you have disabled hCaptcha and switched to reCaptcha.
We will run some tests on our end with hCaptcha and see if we can replicate the issue.

Setting a character limit for a Text Area or a Text Field is not currently supported.
We will release a new version next week with this feature implemented.

We have released a new version that removes h5 tag from the html structure.

Please note that any changes made to the plugin files will be overwritten when a new update is released.
However, in the next release we will stop using h5 and switch to div so it’s safe to update the plugin file as a temporary fix.
You will need to edit basic.php file located under public/inc folder and replace h5 on line 420 and also on line 427.

Can you clear your browser cache or try in incognito?
