When you click on the vote button and there is an error, the plugin will scroll to the section where the notification message is being displayed(useful when you have a long poll).
However, in some cases(like yours) it will scroll to the top of the page.To prevent this behavior, you can set the notification section to be displayed at the bottom of the poll.
Regarding pro version, yes, you can have multiple questions and answers within the same poll.

You can disable this behavior by editing your poll and on Options->Poll page set “Location for Notifications” to “Bottom”.

The plugin does not have such a feature available as we believe this should be managed by an “access manager” plugin.
We recommend looking into such a tool as it would help keeping all the “access rules” into a single place.

You can overwrite the default behavior with the custom css code below
.basic-custom-field-container {
width: 100% !important;
}Also, the first poll on the page has only a custom field(it’s missing a question with answers defined).

I was saying that the link you sent over redirects to a different page that has no poll on it.
