Issue not resolved!
@gwsharsha Thank you for your prompt response. However, I have already tried doing what you have suggested…several times! Including another time today after your response, just in case.
The plugin still says that it cannot detect an SSL certificate, and my site is still insecure.
What else must be done? Is there something else in the background that could possibly be preventing my SSL from working?!?!
