tried now with Greek.
i took the same text with the same format and replaced with latin letters text and saw that word and ppc were in sync. so it seems it really has to do with the non latin letters, or at least in certain html formatting- <span style>

I can confirm
Our site is in greek and russian too and there, only the few words in latin letters seem to be counted.
Any idea?

I tried to delete old files and install new version but still exact same error. I tried disabling all plugins to be sure its not a conflict, didn’t help either.
Also it might be you didn’t update the version id cause i still get a :
There is a new version of Easy Filter available. View version 1.1 detailsafter downloading and installing manually

i tried to install your plugin but when i try to activate it i get an error, it does not let me activate.
Im on WP 3.4.2
