    Thank you for your reply. We later find out the domain and the DNS record are removed from CloudFlare, that causes all main and sub-domain sites down. We haven’t removed the domain from CloudFlare ourselves. We note the CDN of LiteSpeed Cache allowed us to provide CloudFlare login via API, but we cannot remember if we did provide such login credentials before. We have run multiple sites / stores in the same hosting company, and only one blog site with HTTP Headers installed and configured, then it was down. Luckily we have backup at another hosting company and we used BackupBliss to restore everything to the affected site of original hosting company in an hour. We are not sure if some security settings block the connection of Cloudflare and if Cloudflare cannot connect to the site, it will remove the domain and the DNS record accordingly. It is just our guess. Grateful for your advice if you have any thought. Thank you very much.
