I had the same problem, turns out it was a plugin that was causing the problem. Don’t know which plugin because I just deleted all the plugins I wasn’t using and this solved the problem

Hi Barry,
I tried the plugin on a testwebsite and it works perfectly so I really don’t know why it isn’t working on my website. I already tried disabling all plugins and switching to a default theme.

Thank you for your reply. I tried all the steps on Testing for Conflict, including switching to a default theme. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem.
