1. You can change the words by “translating” the plugin. You’d just translate from English to English 🙂 Codestyling Localization is a plugin that makes that pretty easy. You won’t be able to make them hyperlinks.
2. This is a great suggestion. Unfortunately, it is not supported by the plugin at present.

Thanks for reporting this. Until it is fixed you can remove that section in the template editor. Go to the layout tab, click on the recipe preview and toggle off the appropriate toggle.

1. There may not be much we can do this. Have you checked Pinterest support?
2. Recipe Card uses background images. Does Visual Index support background images?
3. Unfortunately, the only way to add the reviews would be to manually type them in. Of course, they would appear with you as the author.

The plugin doesn’t support this directly, but an easy way to create a page of all your recipes is to create a category page. WordPress automatically creates category pages, so you’ll just need to tag all your posts with the same tag, e.g., “recipe”.
