Resolved. Woocommerce did round the prices on product level, not on sum level, which caused errors I assume. Changing it up to sum level in WooCommerce Tax Settings solved it.
On a second note which is more important:
How do we change the query for the filter?
I want to use the filter in any sidebars, so the filter needs to search in the url /all-products/ which is my archive.
Where do i change it in the .php code, which line? in other filter plugins it was easy to change the url, but the whole woof code is clustered in one large file so I cant find it.

Solved. I’ve seen that the plugin adds variations to it:
For anyone else:
1. Add Gift Card Value
2. Go to Variations
3. Set the Sale Price of the Variation to the normal price. (for me 40€ sale standard price, 55€ gift card value)
