mistyfountain.com has had several issues in the past. Even when I needed to update the PHP version, the server-side PHP version wasn’t updated, causing problems.

I attempted to fix it myself and contacted the web server support, adding some code to the files. I also remember changing the PHP INI memory_limit to 256M.

I still don’t know why the plugin “Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle Toolkit” isn’t working.

To resolve this issue, do I need to contact Kadencewp support directly? By the way, I’m using a free version.
