It means that your connection data are wrong, check hostname,dbName,username, password
Try this http://gconverter.com/drupal-to-wordpress/ , they will do that.
vBulletin to WordPress is very easy and takes only 1 hour, I’ve just found out gConverter, they have already cared about that, just ask them.
